So it's Monday. Your weekend was killer and now you need help. The first step to this program is to follow us on twitter @TheSalads because what else is there? ... actually, there is a lot. Great music is everywhere these days thanks to open distribution and so Music Monday is amazing. There is so much great music and so many bands out there. To have a day dedicated to sharing the music we love with our followers is awesome. Plus Mondays #SUCK so now you can distract yourself with discovering some new music that can drop you into the right groove to get you through the day. Hope we make you wiggle like a wiggly worm.

If you ain't following @FishboneSoldier you ain't shit! Check this vid out! When we were in Cleveland on Warped 2007 we found Dr. Madd Vibe at his tent and asked if he'd join us on stage for a tune and he fucking did!! Unbelievable!! There is nothing much better than playing music together outside on a nice day and with the Doctor in the house it was over-the-top! Angelo turned around to us when we suggested this tune and said "I've never done a Fishbone song with another band". This was a dream come true and tons of fun.

Our boys in @baptizedinblood won a Jack Richardson Award last night at JRMA's. Congrats dudes! Follow them!! They are fucking great and a bunch of dirty metal motherfuckers. Check it out, Dirty's Back!

Our friend @ASHESBAND is on tour with Classified in Canada right now. Think she's headed to Grand Prairie Alberta today. Her tweets are live and real and super rad to follow, so do it, now!! I had the good fortune of getting to play bass with her at a bunch of rehearsals when she started showcasing and it was fucking great! She kicked my ass every single time. I remember her laying on the ground of the room at Cherry Beach from exhaustion... amazing. Go see her!

Time for what I like to call the worlds best Drunkabilly Band! DUSTIN JONES & THE RISING TIDE! Follow them @djrisingtide . They are on tour and Dustin is tweeting from the road, hotel bed, and stage. Expect the unexpected. They are amazing and have a new record out called Whiskey Is Our Sun. This video is all footage taken from Warped Tour 2010. It is for their new single "ALRIGHT". This band is awesome and they are wicked guys.

And then there is our boy @Choclair Hailing from the T Dot with whom we had the honor of playing this amazing tune "Made to Move Mountains". It was at the Haiti Benefit show at The Sound Academy in Toronto last year and it was incredible. Dude had my hair standing on end the entire time. Love this song. His tweets are all his own. You get to go clubbing with him and experience his shows his way. It's pretty sweet.
