The Salads only just started our twitter account up again a month ago. Like a lot of bands we just wanted to make music and party it up but quickly came to realize that the party continues online. So for this Friday's #FF I want to let you know why you should follow these supremely awesome friends of our band.

Next, follow Ryan Leger @legsleger. Legs is one of our great drummers. The Salads always have had THE BEST drummers! Legs is currently writing a record with one of his bands Everytime I Die. He has also been playing with Canada's newest kick-ass metal band @SumoCyco who you should also follow. Legs has lots of funny shit to say, likes to go swimming in pools of native smokes, and travels all over the planet looking for great fishing spots. You'll dig it! Sumo Cyco are just totally kick ass and good friends of ours... So Follow them too!

@pnut is the man!

We've started having back and forths on twitter with @HolyTaco He fucking rules! Check out the website www.holytaco.com Tons of stupid smart shit to say and he's made friends with a number of playboy models. It is a good time watching them go at it. Sweet! We've also been digging on pnuts tweets. @Pnut is the bass player for the band 311. He has some really inspirational words to say. He's a super positive guy and seems to really love his job. Pnut is always traveling and sharing the entire worlds good vibes with us via twitter. Thanks for the funky ass love and music Pnut!

 Dave Z, well, Dave plays guitars, is not on Twitter, and is a pro when it comes to doing The Yankee. What's the Yankee you ask? Kind of like a Quickie but he does it on his own.
