It's Friday again! Woop! Woop! Thankfully my Friday's haven't been destroyed by Rebecca Black's ridonculous hit song. Instead it always brings Loverboy to mind... "Everybody's working for the Weekend!".  Now you can carry that song around in your head all day, just like me! First off, as always, follow @TheSalads! We rule.  Plain and simple. We are finishing a new record which you are going to love and it should be in your hands near the tail end of the Summer. We've hired Dan Brodbeck to mix this bitch and it is going to make you happy!

@hitchbitch being a smarty no-pants

Howabout Christopher Hitchens. Heard of him? Follow him @hitchbitch He is a real smarty pants. Jounalist, writer, intellectual. Arguably the greatest of all three. He wrote a great book called "GOD is not great" that Dave Z and I just finished and love. His use of words is incredible. Dave Z and I also spend a lot of road trips listening to him debate with various religious leaders. Hitch is the man! He's been voted the worlds top public intellectual. Check him out, you'll be happy you did... I think. :)

Ron Wood Exploring. @jimtews

We randomy started following a comedian named Jim Tews from New York City. @jimtews is amazing. His tweets are fucking great. Here's a sample "Here's a picture of Ron Wood picking his nose. Let's all disregard his contribution to music and laugh at him." okay! hahaha

Did you know that Moe Berg from the legendary Canadian Rock Band THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS was in one of our videos? We were lucky enough to have him join us for a day of shooting a video for our song "Growing Up". What a rad guy! He is also a great record producer and even hosts his own show on AUX TV called Master Tracks which we would LOVE to be a part of! Man would it be fun to record a tune with Moe! Follow him @moetpoh  Here is our video for Growing Up as well. Spot Moe as an old man, a landlord, and a hotdog vendor.

We found a new Canuck in the music biz to follow through our good friend @Sbisch. He is the chief Entertainment Officer at Cool Planet Entertainment and 45 records. Follow him @toddamus. He takes you out on wild nights of Rock and Roll, Canadian style. Then he quickly rejoins you with chocolate pancakes and toddlers in the morning. It's pretty sweet. Lots of opinions on music and know how in the biz. He is a fun one on twitter!

Finally, during the Junos we started following @ThatEricAlper. This guy is awesome. As a Music Publicist in Toronto he is always posting super informative stuff about music, music biz factoids and tech news. Lots of free stuff to give away, and he is an April Fools fool. He has quickly become one of my favorite follows.
